After 6 months dull spots began to appear on the glass top een though I followed cleaning directions. Best Buy agreed that the top was defective and replaced it; however, after another 4 months, the same problem reoccured. Now the warranty has expired by 1 month and we are out of luck. This is our second experience with a glass cooktop, and we never had this problem with our older range. It is a major chore to keep it looking nice. What a disappointment!!
