I purchased a frig., range, dishwasher and microwave from Home Depot all LG appliances, well beware!!! The range is designed so that if a pot boils over on the front and it runs down it will go into the slots made to let heat out; this in turns leaves an ugly mess in between the glass windows. There is no way for the consumer to clean it and LG says it is a cosmetic problem so therefore you as the consumer have to pay to have techs come out and clean this. I spent 5000.00 plus put extended warranty on these applicances and this is the answer I got. Very bad design and I will never purchase LG again, and I advise you the CONSUMER not to either... LG CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! They are all about the money, in other words there is no CUSTOMER service!!!
