Twin Spires Inc. Betting is such a scam, I bet $20.00 on the Derby, the day of the Derby I set up my account and they took the money from my bank account in seconds. I won 96.50 on the Derby and as of today 5/14 I am still trying to get my money, I have made phone calls to customer service and was hung up on twice when I ask to speek to a Supervisor. When I finialy got to talk to a supervisor I ask to please send my winnings to my bank account that was several days ago still waiting. I tried to get into my Twin Spires account and it says it does not exhist so I guess they closed it wonder if I will ever get my money??? Please don't ever use this company their customer service is toxic!!!
