I had received a call from a random phone number and they left a message, it was from arthur abram and he stated that if i didn't respond within 24 hrs that i was going to be charged with check fraud. So i researched the number they called from and it was a VOIP phone number with no info. I call the number and the lady who answered was very rude and when i started asking questions about the debt she would not give any straight answers. I asked her for the original date and the location of the debt and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and they answered and hung up again. Totally a scam beware. I also asked if they could tell me which county i live in and she she just replies the one you live in.
