I saw that this website was just a waste of money, so I canceled my subscription (from the website) in March 28. I even sent a message to Roomster including:

Hi. I want to cancel my subscription, i want my profile to active for whats left this month, but i dont want to be charged again. Thank you.
They replied saying that it won't be a problem. Then what happened is that I got charged twice, a total of 60 dollars for a service i was no longer using.
Now I'm trying to reach them, but they don't have a phone available.
