I was applying for a payday loan. When I noticed this site had a fee I cancelled the page but the next day they debited my account $89.00. I called Customer Service and was told to got to the web page connected to an email she was sending. I never got the email for two days so I called back and it was supposedly sent again. Still not received. She than gave me a website to get the refund but it does not work. I have sent several (over 3) emails and called five times and left messages but no one call back or emails me. Customer Service will not pick up the line to talk to a person.
