We ordered a Ipad 2 from a craigslist ad in Washington DC and after 3 days we received a response the seller a Diane Harvey said she was now in Toronto. She answered our Questions as this was a gift for my wife we checked out the company she was using to ship ParcelsPlease and they seemed legitimate. They sent us a form saying the machine was received by their people and checked out. We were instructed to send by Western Union to an Allen Vincent as the agent in Bolton, UK. We received confirmation of the receiving the money and a confirmation #US959878428CA and a date to be received was 5/13 at 1 pm. I sent three emails with no response. Telephoned several times to ParcelsPlease numbers on their website and the numbers do not work. We hope this is not a scam as the other complaint seems to have been resolved.
