Email sent from friend's email address, recommending this product, but later found out that his email had been hacked. My complaint is similar to most, regarding being automatically charged for a product called Trim Trainer, that I did not sign up for. I will be cancelling my credit card after reading about the hassles most people had trying to contact this bogus company.
