As 24 others on your website, I entered into a payment agreement that was fraudulently misrepresented. I sent the following email. I have not been reimbursed a penny to date.
Greetings:
I am writing to request a full refund of the $92.87 that was deducted from my account today.
Your website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed." I am not 100% Satisfied.
I purchased your product with the expectation that I was receiving an Exclusive Limited Time Offer of one month for $1.95 - "a special reduced price". I made the purchase and checked my email to confirm that only $1.95 had been billed. I received a confirmation email that is attached below. It did not include, reference, or mention any additional payments or deductions.
I spoke with Customer Service and was assured that my account has been closed and my "subscription for three months" cancelled. I advised that I am an attorney and that I wanted to speak to her manager. She was off the phone less than a minute and returned to assure me that, although I could not get a refund and she did not have the authority to discuss the matter further with me, her manager was in a meeting but "had given" me a 50% discount. I expect to see $46.44 credited to my Visa. I have yet to see it.
I also want the remaining balance credited: $46.43 (100% of $92.87 refunded).
I just went online again and received the following notice:

Your advertising is a fraudulent misrepresentation.
Yes, I observed the Terms and Conditions, aka "fine print." Again, your website, your "TeamSalesAgent, " your advertising, and your offer are fraud.
I am NOT 100% Satisfied. Please honor your GUARANTEE. Refund the money I did not agree to pay for a product that I did not agree to purchase. I expected a "special reduced price of just $1.95, " "a very low price, " "JUST $1.95, " based on the offer. I have damages of $92.87.
*Note: To date, I can not say if the product itself is also a fraud.
