In March I paid $4.95 for a free try order. I selected no autoship in the future when I placed the trial order. On May 13 I got another package, there was only one bottle and one Bella Genix money back guarantee paper inside. I was curious why they sent me another bottle for free. I opened the shipping label which was put in the plastic bag then found the invoice folded on the back of the label. The company tried to not let me see the invoice which charge me 84.94. I called Bellagenix and the girl told me that I have autoship and I was charged 89.99 on March 21 that I didn't know (my husband paid the credit card). This company tried to cheat customers two things, 1st, when i placed trial order, the website gave me option to avoid autoship order, i did but they still autoship in the future. 2nd, they tried to hide the invoice. I called the company today to cancel it. The girl Jane still tried to persuade to send me more package that I don't want. I really don't know if they are going to charge me for the new stuff they are going to send. I told her please don't send. She kept saying and saying. Should I replace my credit card because they have my credit card number? I really don't believe this company.
