A complete rip off company. Lied about the free product and did not mention anything about calling to cancel future orders at all. Wife was not satified with product and discovered same product that comes in clearisil products. Free product received on sept 9 then a shipment of 6 bottles arrives yesterday 9/29 with a invoice inside stating (autoship). What the heck is auto ship? Nobody said anything about autoship.invoice was order number 699865 dated 9/27 customer #529246 web order was shown as 682467-cty01 cost was as follows. Epi-spray-f06 epiclear facial spray-6 bottles autoship qty 1 price $149.95 s & h $14.95 tax $0.00 extended price $164.90 payment type visa. They will ship every 90 days and bill you the same amount each time. Not on me they want. Changed credit card number and was credited back the total amount of charge by bank. Fraud department is now involved with this company by my banking institution. As a federal employee i have reported this also to the federal district attoneys office for handling since it involved ups as shipper i also notifed there complaint department that they were dealing with a very bad company that is ripping people off. Was advised they would investigate and get back with me. Tell me this is someone going to put a stop to this rip off company.
