Ive received several emails from different people in company saying that i took out a loan with there company in 02/08 and that i never payed back the amount in full or ever made payments to them, they are filing a "lawsuit" in my name and i will be contacted sortly. When i ask them to call me to speak about this they never do they just have someone else contact me. There is no phone number but i was provided an address and two email address from the people at the company. I dont appreciate this and i have no clue who these people are nor did i ever take a loan out with them. I think its funny its from 2011 and they are now contacting me. Its a scam and these people have my personal information and im reporting them, ive been watching my credit report to check that nothing bad is happening at this point... I want something done and for these people to loose my personal information and stop contacting me. They harrass me everyday..
