It appears that hydra fund II submitted a 300 loan in my name which I just noticed and have been taking 180 out of my account per month without me knowing. Upon calling them today they said they have an electronic signature and that's all that can be done. They told me there is no manager I can speak with and was hung up on.
What do I do!? They want an additional $390 to make this stop. Has anyone had any luck with this?
