My name is Daris Martinez-Galicia and I am a victim of Identity Theft in Feb. Of 2013 my personal information was stolen. As a result of this theft someone began to apply for payday loans through Hydra Financial Limited Fund 1 in the amount of $395.00 and another loan through Hydra Financial limited fund 111 in the amount of $195.00 I did not approve these loans
