We do not have web-side or any work business with this company but they have opened account in our company name and charging us every month $29.99 management fee. Many calls were made to 1&1 internet.com to discontinue this account but has been unsuccessful.initially call us to introduce their internet work to us. We never ever use them or have any web-side or any internet work with them. This problem going on for 6 months now. I have concealled our cridit card but they continue to bill us every month and even sent our account to debt collection agency.
This is the most outrage business harrassment I ever since. Please help us to get this company off our back..
