They charge me $ 4000 and they did nothing for me, after some time they kut phone lines and disapired

Internet key solutions, they offer me online based business like online shopping mall. This sound good to me and I joined this business. Than they charge me in front $ 4000 with explanation that will bring me 250 000 visitors to my web side. And they told me, You have to give as two or three month to establish your business on internet. I was waiting for three month and give them a call. Answer was, sorry, yours web side was not good adjusted. After a few clicks she told me, Ok now is OK and should work. But I experienced same problem. I call them again and again and again same answer. After 6 month I told them 'this does not work, please give me money back, will be Ok if you give me half of the money. But they refused. After a while they cut all phones and disappears. When I check my back office I did not saw any transaktions. That is it.
