While trying to resolve a facebook issue I was routed to this company for resolution. They accessed my computer systems and supposedly installed protection for the fee of $399.99 for 2 years. I was told they would resolve any future issues and would remotely update software as requested.in April I contacted them to resolve a printer issue. They did not get back with me. I therefore resolved the issue through another source. When I finally reached Austech and filed my complaint they said they would credit my card with $100.00 as a sign of good faith. This did not happen. I called them again on 5/7/30 to ask why. The person answering the phone sounded confused. My contact person, Nancy, is no longer employed there. I was to receive a call back on 5/8. This did not happen. Today I tried calling their 800-678-0869 number. There is no answer. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and am waiting for a reply. Of course, I feel this is not an upstanding company and am hoping you can get me some kind of resolution.
