Ripoff unauthorized debit from checking account

Gurdian Marketing/Suntasia debited 149.00 from my account and then Suntasia debited 59.95 the following day. I have no idea who this company is and have never even talked to anyone to authorize these transactions. This company needs to be stopped. I am a Bank of America customer, and have found out that they may have something to do with this. I will be going elswhere with my money ASAP. Bank of America needs to be investigated for their part in this fraudulant activity. I believe that they gave my information to this company and thus almost cost myself and my familiy a place to live and a Christmas. I have consequently lost a vehicle due to this theft from my account. I filed a fraud claim and did not receive my money returned to me for almost 45 days. I am not happy with the performance of Bank of America and would like to pursue legal action to put a stop to all of these companies formentioned.
