I booked a parking spot on 4/23 with Premier Parking via their website http://premierparkingusa.com/airport-parking/baltimore-bwi and got confirmation from them. On the following day I have received a text message on my cell phone that the lot is full and I need to call their number, speak with a representative and will be issued a refund. I have called the number but there is only automated answering machine, no live person. I then called them again after I returned from my trip, and was able to connect to a rep, who assured me that the refund will be issued promptly. I still see the $20 charge on my credit card and no refund. It is not a huge amount of money for a person but the principal is important here. This is a dishonest company and it does look like they are running a scheme here.
