I'm in the same situation as the others who have complained. I ended up getting charged and supplied for more than I thought. I was not aware of the monthly subscription fee. I only later found out, after trying to contact them through an email address they supplied, because of the delay in receiving their product. I got an email stating that I had agreed to this trimtrainer subscription and to stop this I had to phone them.
I then discovered the fine print in their site stated that in buying the product I agreed to be charged a monthly subscription fee to their website. They used a Dr Oz segment to advertise.
They have made it impossible to contact them. They have no address and no codes to phone them in the USA - I am an overseas customer. I should be able to cancel with an email but they just have it on automatic with the same reply. Obviously, others even within the US, who have complained, can't contact them with the phone number they received.
I feel that I have really been conned and scammed and will try to stop any monthly charges to my credit card.
These guys are unethical, in my opinion and should be stopped under US consumer laws. With this kind of business practice. I have no faith in the product. It needs to be tested.
