I shipped 95 DVDS in excellent condition on 12/9 worth $224.33 and online it states order status "processed" and payment status "pending." On 1/14 I shipped 33 DVDs in excellent condition worth $71.53 and online it states order status "processed" and payment status "pending." I have emailed them multiple times as I cannot find a working telephone number and they do not respond. I am an attorney and have recently threatened to sue them. Still no response. This is very frustrating!
