I purchased the trial period for $2.97 for a sample of TryAlore Anti Wrinkle Cream.
It is so sad that these people get away with such unprofessional practice and are allowed
to scam people in this way. I called and was questioning my charge of 94.28, and explaining
to them that I did not receive my product. I was then told that I already received it, and
that was what I was paying for because I did not call within the 14 days.
I see all the complaints stating that this cream is useless and no results were
obtained.
They made an obscure entry leading you to believe you pay the shipping ONLY,
when in fact your card is charged the full amount.
The representative was not helpful at all and I tried to imply, when they send the
cream out, it automatically becomes non-sterile. To associate this product with
actual medicine is ludicrous.
The bottle was unopened and and they did not make it clear enough in this
advertisement that I would be unable to return it before the time period.
I am sure that there are many people that made the same mistake as I did, and
that is the reason why this company is still marketing and staying in business.
All the people that have to pay for something that they don’t want or LIKE!!!
So for the hundreds of dollars a day that people make mistakes on, they can
laugh all the way to the bank. I will never praise this company and tell everyone
how they treated their customers….. Terrible!!!
