They started on 4/11 billing me ($13.98) for a credit score update. I caled to let them know I didn't order it and wanted it taken off my bank account. I was told I had to talk to a supervisor to have it refunded. I waited on the phone 1/2 hour and no supervisor. I told them I'm canceling whatever they are selling. Didn't hear from them until 4/29 when they charged my account $13.98. Then on 5/1 they charged me again $13.98. The last two times they caused an overdraft on my bank account. A total of $70.00. Today is 5/4 and I am just finding out about the 4/29. I'll have to call the bank tommo for them not t pay them and then the bank will charge me a fee because it is bill online. Somehow my debit card # was spread around. The other two complaints are 1) OTL Scoresense.com 800 679 6327 Texas. They said they would refund me the $29.95 that they charged on my acount on 4/9. So far didn't happen. #2 SUK* EM childrens books (800 724 1818 Connecticut) charged me $20.10 (on 4/26) for 3 books that I called for them not to send. My children are all grown. What am I going to do with the books. So they would not refund me the $20.10 since the books had already been sent out. This cost another $35.00 bank fee for an overdraft. Each time I had an overdraft it would bounce the next one. The bank showed no mercy and why they pay these kooks is beyond me. I am 65 years old, on SS and I believe that I have been scammed.
