Took money to maintain computer performance, got pushy for payment, I suggested they had done nothing to improve its performance, they did a few more changes and it did seem to improve. So Paid, now they have started to call to say company is being shut down and so they are refunding purchases. I asked for his number in case we got cut off and he gave me a New York number 315 215 3444, didn't call it, it's probably not a real number.
Then googled PC Solutions refund and found this page. So I hung up. They got me once, but not again. Ratbag has called back 3 times, each time I have hung up straight away. Strong indian accent, doubt he was calling from New York.
