I applied for a government grant and was contacted saying I was approved for $7,000.00. The man stated that I had to make a security deposit and the money would be transferred onto my debit card within thirty minutes along with my security deposit. And it was not when I contacted the man back he said I had a hold on it and that I should send another $199.00 with my full name I refused to do so and he wouldn't refund my security deposit.
