I have been trying to contact their office for over one month to confirm the details & status of my order and to update my address so that I will be assured of the arrival of my magazine subscription. However, each time I call, I am unable to talk to an actual ‘person, ’ and I am unable to leave a voicemail because their voice mailbox is consistently full. I think this is very unprofessional, & the fact that I am not able to reach an actual person by phone raises concerns about the integrity and legitimacy of your company; therefore, I am hesitant to submit my second payment of $28 until I am absolutely assured that I will receive my order. I am already regretting paying the first payment of $34 to the student representative/door salesman for fear that I have lost that money altogether. Now that I am reading the other complaints on this forum, I think I will definitely not pay the second payment and just chuck the $34 as a loss. What a scam... I actually felt sorry for that "low-income kid" who needed money for college.
