Date Occurred: 03/05 Reported Damages: $30.00 Location: United States I did not take out any loan from this company but I have been debited $30.00 from my account. I emailed the copany concerning charges and they gave me the run around. Then April 15th they debited another $30. I called the phone # listed on the debit, listened to an automated female voice and it is vague. The message says if I have any questions about my loan I can check out my account information on their website but does not give me their website address. Also says if I have any questions I can email, the email is on their website but as I mentioned I do not have their website address. Now the bank telling me to close my account.
