They took $ 29.25 out of my checking account and have given no explaination as to why they did this

Wow... This morning I thought I'd check my bank account to see if I'd forgotten any bills to be paid. And lo and behold, here's a charge for $ 29.95 for a loan application fee. For a company I'd never heard of, let alone used. But they'd gotten into my account and are in the process of taking this money out. Well, I called the bank, they gave me their number, this company, and all I get is an automated voice telling me to go t a website for a refund... Well, you go to the website, and it's telling you, congrats, you got the loan
