I received an email confirming my purchase and immediately tried to cancel the order via email. I ordered 3 bottles @$19.99 and was supposed to get 2 more free for a total of $59.97 but was charged $99.99. I heard nothing back and now have received the bottles. I decided to try the product and after 2 weeks I have found it completely useless, having no effect on my weight. They have refused to refund this purchase.
