This company has been submitting bills to my business for well over a year now for "advertising" I do not want and did not order. Recently they have added a $100 late fee and threatened to assign it to a collection agency. I have writtem them and they sent back a form with my signature that looks like I ordered their service. I am certain I did not sign this and that my signature was imaged on this form using some software. Has anyone reported this company to the FTC or the state or city consumer protection division? I am not sure how to get them to stop, but I absolutely will not pay this bill.
