I went to thier add on the internet it stated I would only have to pay shipping and handling cost of about $5.00 for the atarter kit. A fee days later I checked my bank account and they charged my credit card $99.00!! I am very pissed at them and myself for falling for this. Tryed calling customer support to cancel any future chage to my card for their monthly filter, s. Got the runaround now I have to probly pay my bank $20.00 tp stop payment on anything the try to charge in the future. May even have to order a whole new card!!! Vickie Rye
