Candy Crush Free Lives Promised but Nobody Can Retrieve Them

Facebook claims you can get free lives by playing Candy Crush. Nobody online can get them or knows how to retrieve them. I called tech support and couldn't even get somebody who can speak English!!!

I bet if I go on Oprah or 20/20, I might get a response! I feel like Facebook is deceiving people.
