I used their services to create a resume. After the initial fee I printed my resume and decided to cancel my account. I cancelled my account through their website as well as contacting a live chat person to verify the account was cancelled and my checking account would no longer be debited. The live chat person advised me that the account was closed and there would no further charges. Since that day they have debited my checking account two more times. They are telling me my account is cancelled but continue to take money from me and have told me that they can't do refunds. Thank you for your time and consideration.
