I signed up for smilefinance and didnt know they are broker. I saw my bank statement that they took 26.34£ even I didnt get any loan from them. I reported it to my bank and said that they cant do something about it as it is a fee as a broker. The thing is I signedup by mistake and didnt get any loan.
