On Nov. 11 and Nov. 30, I ordered (Phosoplex @$49.99 plus shipping $13.99) and (Lumnaderm cream @$59.99 plus shipping $13.99) respectively, from the Bodestore.com site. On Nov. 12, I received an email from Bodestore confirming shipment of the Phosoplex, with order #33380. On Nov. 30, I received another email confirming shipment of the Lumnaderm, with Order #33447. To-date, I have not received any of my shipments. All my numerous email enquiries has been met with silence, and phone calls to their listed numbers - (866) 9355522 and (973) 2392380 are never answered. I complained to BBB New Jersey (Trenton, NJ) who closed the file #9414082, for non responsive from Bodestore, after a few attempts. BBB New Jersey suggested I contact NJ-Division of Consumer Affairs. I mailed a complaint form about a couple of months ago, but have not heard anything yet. Please help me recover my money from this company. I have ordered similar items from several companies around the US, and have never encountered such silence from any of them. Bodestore quickly withdrew the money from my credit card, but refuse to communicate afterward. I would appreciate any help from you in recovering my loss. Thank you.
