In Feb I was contacted by Ben Walters saying he was from Winner's International and that I had won some money. I only had to pay for certain items in order to claim my prize. Well, three months later and 17,000.00 later, I haven't seen a penny from the company. Every time I send him an amount there are more fees.
As my money mounted up I felt that just another 500.00 was worth it because I had invested so much money. He convinced me to give him my retirement checks for the past two months and to send him any penny that I had. I borrowed thousands from friends. My Verizon bill is over 2200.00 and has now been shut off because I can't pay it. I didn't know his number was international. My mortgage is 2 months behind, and I have multiple overdue bills. They were suppose to be here today at 3 o'clock and they never arrived. This is the 8th time I have waited for them. I am heartbroken and want to regain my life, pay off the people I borrowed from and begin to pay off my many outstanding bills. Can you help me? I will be 75 on July 2nd.
All I have is a phone number 876-581-8493. Sometimes a voice mail will pick up and a James Phillips will respond. He can also be reached at 502-233-5762 and you will get a message stating that this person works for Winner's International and Publisher's Clearing House. No one ever answers but Ben always knows when I call and will call me back.
Any help you can give me would really be appreciated.
