I placed an order for yarn from this company after Christmas. I rec'd this message on March 11:
"Your check is being processed and should go out by the end of the week. I apologize for the delay. We are closing our business, but we are honoring all refunds and at this time the only way we have to refund is by check. You refund check will be from A-C Wholesale, LLC."
I was told on March 19, March 29, and April 10, that a check would be forthcoming and that they were having "computer problems." It is now April 24 and I have not received a refund.
I dealt with two individuals named Vanessa and Brittany, though beginning in March, the emails were unsigned, and requests for information about company leadership were unanswered.
I intend to follow through legally to get my money back, and would be interested in joining forces with anyone who would like to file a class action suit for internet fraud.
