I was to purchase a vehicle from "Linda P. Carter" through amazon flexible payment service. I was to wire the money to amazon as a middle man and then had 5 days to inspect and accept the vehicle. I never recieved the car and cannot get a hold of this person. My bank tells me the money went into the account from the information I was given and I cannot get it back.
