It is a a scam. It's a magazine company and they will not let you cancel the subscription. I went online and there are at least 400 complaints about them. I called to tell them I was receiving double magazines and wanted to report that and the CSR repeated what I said, because this is not on the script that he was given and told me to hold on and then just hung up on me. Now after finding out that I have been scammed by this company I want to quit the magazines, even the ones I have not ordered (yes that is what they do to, they send magazines that you have not ordered) I was told I have to lied and say I will contact the Attorney General, the FTC and pretend to be a lawyer just to get to talk to a manager. I was told to hang tight because sometimes they will cancel for you. I will try that tomorrow because they are closed now.
