I booked train tickets on thetrainline & Eastcoast using my debit card online. I never agreed the memebership and gave them any personal information. Then they charged my first £10 on Mar. 18. I emailed them to complain. They e-mailed me on April 17 and cancalled the so-called membership. But ridiculously, they continued to stole my money twice. They took £10 on April 17 and another £10 on April 22. They defrauded and it's a nightmare to me. I will fight to get my money back.
