Do not order from this company!!! What a scam! I ordered their 10day free trial. I have tried to cancel the FIRST day I received this product. (the cream sucks)
Every day I called several times a day. I held for HOURS on end and then the machine would say after a long wait that nobody could take my call and disconnect me. Sometimes their machine would say that it was too busy and too call back after peak hours and not to leave a message on the machine because nobody listened to them. I deligently called EVERY day several times a day trying to cancel. NEVER could get through. I started emailing them daily angry emails to the customer service department. NO REPLY.
I have spent SOOO MANY HOURS HOLDING FOR THIS company and I never hang up! THEY always disconnect me!
Before the 10 day trial was up I was billed $90! I am writing them a letter to send snail mail today! I know no other way to cancel! I will probabaly wind up having to close my credit card which will be an IMMENSE inconvenience!
