Poor customer service. Never get back you on time for any circumstances. Just looking for a money to be nicked out. They charged me £2500 for processing a visa to canada under work and live catagory. Its been like 6 months by now but nothing has been done so far apart from (Inappropriate Content Removed) resume pack.
Just trying to get the money back.
