I apply for employment and was turned down because the manager said that their policy states that they are not permitted to hire people with felonies. I feel that this policy is wrong and unfair to discriminate based on my pass. My felony has at least been over 10 years. I explain to the manager that this was an old charge, but he explain if he would turn the app.in it still will be turned down because they don't hire people wiith felony. I thought the EEO stood for Equal Employment Opportunity where is this at when it comes to Taco Bell?
