Ordered two items from them on a 30 day free trial, paying just p&p. Got my bank statement 14 days later and after 10 days they had taken £146 out of my account. Complained to company and they gave me £75 back (into account). I have since tried to get rest of money back (by email & phone) but there is always an excuse of system not working at time and they will ring me back. Never do, of course! They have now said my acct is closed and therefore cannot refund me any more of my money. This company & products are a total scam! Very angry to be duped like this. They need investigating by Office of Fair Trade.
