This company sent us an invoice for two toners that were ordered via rush delivery.

We NEVER ordered through this company and only through Canon because our supplies are included in our contract.

When I called IT Solutions, an automated attendant said that no one was available to answer. I called my rep at Canon, and he said he's gotten complaints about companies submitting fraudulent claims.
