I ordered a free sample for £3.99 and did not sign up for anymore. I have now received 2 pots one of which I sent back on 16/3 via the post office at a cost of £8.45, the other I received yesterday 15/4. They have taken £194.94 from my card details which is unacceptable. I would like a total refund. And I do not give permission for anymore withdrawals from my account. Can you please let me know what happens now. I will send yesterdays parcel back.
