Got a sample of sylk skin and vitalyze in Aug. Then in Sept they sent me another parcel and charged my c. Card £61.97. My c. Card company have cancelled the card. But they have sent me another parcel today which refused and r. Mail has sent back via customs as there would have been a customs charge. When I phoned earlier they said my subscription had been cancelled. I tried to phone them today and they just kept me on hold. Any advice would be welcome
