This is the 4th time this company has submitted an "Electronic Check" for payment to "CheckProcess" my bank with a check number range of "99xxx" in the amount of $30.00. There is a phone number in the notes section of the check - 775-200-1525, but I can't get anyone to answer. Under the signature field there is a note that says "CheckProcess Customer Service: 866-678-3482". No luck with that number.
