In the morning of Saturday April 145 I bought a purse; I noticed in the afternoon of the same day that the zipper had been sewed backward. When I asked the store for reimbursement (the purse still had the store labels on, and I provided the receit) they asked and wrote down: MY DRIVING LICENCE ID NUMBER, took my address and asked for my telephone number. I don't think this is legal. It is written on the receit that exchange is provided with ID number, but I got the receit once I paid for the item.
