Sent from University Federal Credit Union SLC I have copies of all documents mentioned. Mark Dickson and I met on line some time Feb. It was not until 03/ 2013 that he ask me to help him secure his Work Permit and Beneficiary Certificate in my name. I have no idea if Mark Dickson is part of this scam.
